lesnyk255@yahoo.comBorn, raised, & still living in New England (USA) - scientist by training & occupation, but with an active right hemisphere: father, brother, & sister all musicians, so it's in the genes. (Me, I'm a mathematician - same aquifer, just a different well.) I've long had a fascination with the "feel" that abandoned or derelict spaces seem to possess, and over the years have tried (with varying degrees of success) to capture that feel on film. A painful divorce ca 1990 forced me to set photography aside ($$$), but I'm easing back into it now (2007), and marveling at how much I've missed it. I'm pleased to find that I'm not the only one odd enough to love run-down buildings, and I hope I can offer this site some images others find pleasing.
